Endowment Campaign Manager

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Endowment Campaign Manager will support the AGA Board of Directors in their work to build an AGA Anniversary Endowment fund. The Endowment Campaign Manager will provide oversight for the plans and strategy with which to engage and expand the AGA donor base and increase contributed income with an overall endowment fundraising expectation of $20M by 2025. The Endowment Campaign Manager will articulate and execute a five-year strategy with an annual work plan focused on best practices including goals and metrics and philanthropic priorities, leading to the procurement of private support for the Endowment Campaign.
