The Associate Director, Gift & Estate Planning is an exciting new role in VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation, created to support and drive the program forward. Reporting to the Director, Gift & Estate Planning, the Associate Director’s primary responsibilities are identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of legacy giving donors and prospects, as well as building relationships with professional advisors in the community. The Associate Director will manage one staff member and add additional team member(s), providing effective leadership and ensuring that they are developed and supported in their roles.
