Reporting to the Executive Director, this position works collaboratively with ACWS staff to ensure the sustainability of the organization by cultivating and strengthening partnerships to support development goals and various ACWS projects; skillfully leveraging technology to maintain and attract donors and by supporting the development and sustainability of a culture of philanthropy with internal and external stakeholders. The Fund Development Lead is accountable for fund development related events, marketing and promotions, and partnerships. This is the lead position for the Fund Development Program.
