About the Program
This unique leadership program is designed for (and with) professionals working in the charitable and non-profit sector that are motivated to become leaders who truly inspire their teams, boards and donors to excel.

Our sector is desperate for high quality managers and leaders who can help the entire organization work collectively to achieve the results their mission is calling on them to create. This unique 2-day program will help you develop specific skills and techniques, along with personal confidence in your own unique leadership style.

Leadership is a complex journey that requires incredible self-awareness along with a savvy set of skills in the area of strategic thinking and planning, managing relationships, achieving goals, and motivating our teams. These skills take time to develop and there is no perfect formula that you can use each and every time.

This special program format will include a two-day deep dive intensive to explore your strengths, develop leadership competencies and discuss "real world" situations that bring leadership to life, followed by personal coaching and group check-ins that create continuous learning, growth and accountability beyond the two-day intensive.

Leadership topics include: Leadership vs. Management, Coaching for Success, Planning with Vision, Communication, Inspiring Results, Self-Awareness and Leadership Competencies for Philanthropy

What you will leave this program with:
- Increased self-awareness of your strengths and how they impact your leadership style
- Personalized StrengthsFinder 2.0 Assessment results
- Leadership 2.0 Book and 360 Self-Assessment
- Conversation techniques for managing board and staff performance

What participants had to say about the 2017 Leadership Program:

"What a great opportunity to gather with other leaders in the philanthropic sector to share and learn about leadership. Having the time and space to explore strengths and weaknesses and ways to move forward was invigorating and empowering".

"Thank you for a great workshop! It was informative and Diane gave us the space to explore and discover our leadership potential."

"In our very busy lives we don't often take the time for personal reflection and yet in doing so we learn so much. The group leadership program gave us the opportunity to reflect individually and as a group; a wonderful mix as that reflects to the real world we live and work in. Thank you!"

"Diane is an expert facilitator and carries a wealth of knowledge and personal experience that supported transformative learning. What a privilege to spend two days with other development professionals discussing our leadership potential - an important topic for our industry!"
