AGM & Breakfast Presentation: Employee Recruitment and Retention Strategies for Not-for-Profit Organizations

About the presentation:
Keeping skilled and experienced employees is an operational concern for any organization; however, with limited budgets, non-profit organizations are heavily impacted when employee turnover occurs. While private and public organizations have more flexibility in attracting and retaining staff with exhaustive compensation packages, non-profit organizations need to look at alternative approaches with respect to attracting and retaining staff. This presentation will explore the benefits of hiring for the right fit based on motivators, behaviours and competencies. Employee retention strategies will be touched upon.
